This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the operational and strategic cornerstone for Diverge Health's East Region.
β’ Take ownership of P&L responsibilities across all markets in the East Region, ensuring financial performance and meeting operational targets.
β’ Collaborate with the COO and senior leadership to develop a comprehensive market strategy for the company.
β’ Identify avenues for market expansion, operational efficiencies, and geographical growth.
β’ Lead a regional team covering care operations, practice partnerships, aggregator relations, market operations, and medical leadership.
β’ Oversee and mentor senior and frontline managers responsible for managing staff on the ground.
β’ Cultivate a leadership pipeline by enhancing the skills of senior managers to independently manage provider, payer, and aggregator relationships.
β’ Promote a high-performance culture that is culturally competent within the team.
β’ Define the ownership and management frameworks for senior provider relationships.
β’ Create escalation processes for executive-level engagement with providers and payers.
β’ Ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality care across all locations through effective oversight of Care Operations.
β’ Establish formal performance metrics, intervention criteria, and operating rhythms for the region.
β’ 7β10 years of experience in a managerial or operational leadership capacity; 10β15 years is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 5 years supervising other senior managers, with proven experience in managing managers.
β’ At least 3 years of direct P&L management experience in a health plan, large medical practice, or managed services organization, ideally across various geographies or product lines.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of overall P&L experience.
β’ Extensive knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, Traditional Medicare, ACOs, and various value-based contract frameworks.
β’ Ideally, hands-on experience working with safety net providers.
β’ Proven experience in leading change management within complex, matrixed organizations.
β’ Strong social and cultural competence, with the ability to advocate for frontline perspectives.
β’ Willingness to travel as necessary to meet on-site market staff, engage with practice partners, and connect with regional teams.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship currently or in the future.
β’ Full-time, exempt, salaried position.
β’ Flexible remote work arrangement.
β’ Base salary ranging from $235,000 to $275,000 per year.
