This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +4 more states.
• Lead a dedicated team of Partner Success Managers.
• Supervise product implementations, including setup and ongoing support.
• Drive annual license renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and promote territory growth.
• Ensure exemplary educator support through implementation planning, continuous support, data reviews, and timely responses.
• Cultivate relationships with champions and partners in key districts.
• Analyze assigned accounts to understand usage and performance trends, determining appropriate actions accordingly.
• Mentor team members and ensure timely resolution of educator concerns.
• Collaborate with Sales and Professional Development Leaders across implementation service teams.
• Ensure that Partner Success Managers lead and collaborate efficiently with Implementation Service Teams.
• Work together with staff across Curriculum Associates on implementation initiatives.
• Design and execute systems and strategies to monitor and support implementations.
• Gather necessary information from new, prospective, and existing accounts to ensure proper account setup.
• Assist in cross-team projects aimed at enhancing the Partner Success Manager role and implementations.
• Apply renewal strategies to promote retention and revenue opportunities.
• Foster successful utilization of Ready within blended implementations.
• Report to the Associate Vice President, Partner Success for the territory.
• Travel for school visits, educator events, and company-wide national and regional meetings.
• Proven experience managing direct reports in a project management or educational setting.
• Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong phone communication abilities.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Capacity to multitask effectively.
• Demonstrated integrity and adherence to ethical standards.
• Professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Ability to work productively and collaboratively with a diverse range of individuals and disciplines.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and professional in approach.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM tools, and search engines.
• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Education or Marketing/Business.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service, sales, or teaching, or a combination thereof.
• A mix of education and experience showcasing competency in the role's requirements.
• Experience managing both direct and indirect reports in a project management or educational context.
• Candidates should currently reside in the territory or be able to support EST or CST working hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
