This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture enduring relationships with high-performing mortgage brokers in the Greater Vancouver Area (GVA)

• Offer expert advice on CMLS products and credit policies

• Provide on-site assistance, training, and troubleshooting within the broker network

• Oversee the application lifecycle in the pipeline

• Work in collaboration with internal underwriting and risk teams

• Construct complex residential applications to align with credit standards

• Assume responsibility for achieving territory funding targets

• Foster consistent growth and high-quality originations

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in residential mortgage underwriting or credit analysis

• Motivated to proactively seize market opportunities and expand the territory

• Collaborative team player who recognizes the synergy between sales, underwriting, and risk

• Established and extensive network within the Vancouver Island broker community

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable access to transportation

• Holding a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Agent license will be seen as an advantage
