Regional Manager – Automotive F&I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create and present sales demonstrations in accordance with client and company standards.

• Educate relevant departments and staff on the advantages, features, and value of products.

• Formulate and execute action plans aimed at boosting the sales of products and services.

• Cultivate relationships with Corporate and Regional management, collaborating on mutually beneficial strategies to enhance productivity.

• Serve as a communication link between Safe-Guard claims and designated account stores regarding claims-related issues.

• Prepare and submit detailed itineraries and sales call reports via Salesforce after each dealer visit.

• Market authorized products and services across all enterprises of assigned accounts.

• Optimize productivity and outcomes across various client locations within a designated territory.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Automotive (agent/dealer/financial services) sales of F&I products.

• Proven experience in selling to senior management within dealerships.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Competent in delivering formal presentations effectively.

• Prior formal automotive training experience is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to perform under significant pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Self-motivated and disciplined to operate from a home office.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Willingness to travel 70% of the time.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.

• Must successfully pass a background check.
