Regional Manager – Automotive F&I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Create and present sales pitches according to the specifications set by both the client and the company.

• Educate relevant departments and personnel on the features, advantages, and value of our products.

• Formulate and execute action plans aimed at boosting sales of products and services.

• Build relationships with Corporate and Regional management, working together on productivity enhancement strategies.

• Serve as the intermediary between Safe-Guard claims and designated account stores concerning claim-related issues.

• Prepare and submit travel itineraries and detailed sales reports via Salesforce for each dealer visit.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Market approved products and services across the enterprise of assigned accounts.

• Optimize productivity and outcomes across various client locations within the assigned territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in selling Automotive (agent/dealer/financial services) F&I products.

• Proven experience in selling to upper management at dealerships.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capable of delivering formal presentations effectively.

• Prior formal automotive training experience is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Ability to perform under high pressure and tight deadlines.

• Self-motivated and disciplined to work from a home office environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S.

• Capable of successfully passing a background check.
