This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist the Area Executive Director in overseeing sales and strategic initiatives of assigned Account Managers and territories.

• Manage pivotal accounts within the designated territory to foster ongoing growth.

• Utilize business development strategies, educational initiatives, office promotions, and practice analysis to enhance market penetration and revenue growth.

• Mentor and enhance the leadership capabilities of Account Managers.

• Cultivate relationships with physicians and support personnel through specialized account management.

• Identify key target accounts by evaluating sales opportunities, retail commitments, and partnership potential.

• Collaborate with Regional Directors, Strategic Account Managers, Area Trainers, and National Training teams.

• Organize business review meetings, tailored office training sessions, promotional and event planning, advanced account sales analysis, and account-specific business development initiatives.

• Enhance customer engagement and relationship-building opportunities through pre-planned and post-meeting follow-ups.

• Engage in discussions with Alastin Corporate Executives.

• Assist Corporate in fostering collaborative partnerships as required.

• Analyze and manage expenditures in accordance with budgetary constraints.

• Develop quarterly travel plans in conjunction with the Area Executive Director.

• Dedicate a minimum of 3–4 days per week in the field working alongside an Account Manager.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience directly related to the role.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aesthetic sales.

• Strong skills in coaching, training, leadership, and development.

• Proficient in goal setting, planning, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving.

• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and gain buy-in from others.

• Self-sufficient and highly organized, capable of making sound business decisions.

• Passionate about selling.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• External candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
