This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Directors, District Managers, and Store Operations leadership to synchronize Human Resources strategies with business goals.
β’ Provide counsel to field leadership on organizational efficiency, talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
β’ Work alongside Store Operations Business Partners on Human Resources programs, policies, and best practices.
β’ Represent the Human Resources department in cross-functional initiatives, process enhancements, and company projects.
β’ Spearhead succession planning and leadership pipeline initiatives.
β’ Promote training compliance and identify growth opportunities for Team Members.
β’ Mentor and develop leaders through performance management, career advancement, and individualized development planning.
β’ Assist with talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership evaluations.
β’ Formulate strategies to enhance Team Member engagement, retention, and workforce stability.
β’ Conduct workplace investigations and address employee relations issues.
β’ Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
β’ Advise leaders on company policies, employment practices, corrective measures, and performance management.
β’ Facilitate new Human Resources programs, initiatives, and organizational transformations.
β’ Analyze workforce metrics, turnover patterns, engagement outcomes, and operational reports.
β’ Create action-oriented plans to enhance retention, engagement, staffing, and business performance.
β’ Monitor people metrics and suggest improvements to support operational excellence.
β’ Enhance Human Resources processes and the overall Team Member experience.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
β’ 5β7 years of progressive Human Resources experience within a multi-unit retail organization.
β’ In-depth knowledge of Human Resources practices, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational efficiency.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws.
β’ Capability to influence leaders and cultivate business partnerships across various organizational levels.
β’ Experience in analyzing workforce data and translating insights into actionable business strategies.
β’ Strong communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and relationship-building abilities.
β’ Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
β’ Preferred: Professional Human Resources certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
β’ Preferred: Human Resources experience in supporting large, multi-site retail operations.
β’ Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish.
β’ Preferred: Experience leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
