Regional Field Sales Manager – Food Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the sales territory covering Potsdam and South Berlin independently.

• Develop relationships with new supermarkets and retail partners.

• Provide advice and support to existing customers.

• Acquire and supervise multi-site retail companies.

• Execute sales and marketing strategies in retail locations.

• Organize and conduct customer visits, sales events, and trade fairs.

• Foster and enhance customer relationships.

• Collaborate closely with the inside sales team.

• Increase the visibility of KoRo products in physical food retail outlets.

• Share extensive product knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of commercial training or a degree in business, sales, or a related discipline; career changers are encouraged to apply.

• Initial professional experience in field sales, customer service, or sales, preferably within the food retail sector.

• Reside in the Potsdam / South Berlin region or be willing to relocate.

• Hold a Class B driving license.

• Proficient in the German language.

• Good command of the English language.

• Excellent negotiation abilities.

• Demonstrate an independent, organized, and structured working style.

• Possess a strong hands-on approach.

• Exhibit a confident demeanor and the capability to motivate others regarding products.

• Maintain composure and focus in high-pressure situations.
