This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Inspire and lead a nationwide team of field engineers, promoting collaboration and high performance.
• Manage both reactive and planned maintenance for communal heating systems, encompassing HIUs, metering, AMR technologies, and prepayment infrastructure.
• Ensure that resources, training, and equipment are available to meet and exceed service levels.
• Offer technical support to internal teams and external clients, addressing complex challenges with assurance.
• Perform audits to maintain quality standards and enhance operational efficiency.
• Direct operational planning, optimize processes, and execute innovative solutions.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with regional teams, contractors, and scheduling functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide monthly reports on KPIs, performance trends, and service initiatives.
• Assist in contract delivery and revenue growth while managing budgets efficiently.
• Supervise risk assessments, method statements, and inventory control, ensuring a safe and efficient operation.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing remote engineering teams.
• Extensive technical expertise in communal heating systems.
• Knowledge of AMR technologies (Mbus, Radio, DLC) and prepayment systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis.
• Capability to excel in multi-site, multi-client settings.
• IOSH Health & Safety qualification (or willingness to obtain this upon appointment).
• Proficient with digital tools and mobile work technology.
