This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Sales teams in formulating and implementing account-based or statewide marketing strategies that yield results.
• Cultivate strong relationships with sales leadership to evaluate CRM data, including pipeline and growth-area opportunities.
• Create and spearhead field demand generation initiatives and campaigns.
• Utilize account-level, state, or national sponsorships to generate new business prospects, nurture leads, and expedite existing opportunities.
• Aid in the execution of implementation, retention, and renewal efforts alongside sales and customer success teams.
• Develop a regional marketing strategy that aligns with sales objectives and plans.
• Analyze state/local market education dynamics to meet state requirements.
• Oversee a marketing calendar that includes demand generation campaigns, education-agency sponsorships, webinars, events/tradeshows, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the events team to manage tradeshows, conferences, and custom events.
• Convey state and local marketing initiatives and outcomes, including ROI and KPIs, to sales and marketing stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales enablement and engage in sales and product training.
• Travel periodically throughout the year with sales teams to participate in events and customer meetings.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or a master's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Preferred experience in marketing to the PreK-12 education sector and/or a background in education technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience and/or training, ideally in field marketing or sales enablement.
• Demonstrated experience in executing marketing initiatives, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategies.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experienced in event planning software for both in-person and virtual events.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, content management, and project management software.
• Proficiency in AI and the ability to leverage AI tools for enhancing marketing planning, campaign execution, content creation, reporting, and sales enablement.
• Capacity to think strategically and independently while executing plans effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, effective in both face-to-face and virtual interactions with sales, customers, and marketing partners.
• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Creative and innovative, with a knack for developing novel engagement strategies for PreK-12 education marketing targets.
• Metric-driven with the ability to extract insights from complex marketing data.
• Recommended expertise in AI for a Field Marketing Manager role, including using AI to summarize account and market insights, personalize campaign messaging, identify follow-up opportunities post-events and webinars, analyze performance metrics, create initial content drafts, and enhance productivity in CRM, marketing automation, project management, and reporting workflows.
