This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
β’ Execute, assess, troubleshoot, and enhance electrical automation and control systems.
β’ Enhance production quality, efficiency, and volume.
β’ Assist in the development and execution of electrical engineering standards, policies, procedures, and job aids.
β’ Contribute insights to cross-functional teams for selecting and implementing tools and methodologies.
β’ Deliver direct support and services for the organization.
β’ Aid in planning and implementing electrical engineering standards and deliverables for capital projects.
β’ Oversee the tactical development and delivery of the electrical engineering vision, direction, and strategy.
β’ Identify opportunities and address electrical engineering gaps by creating auditing control mechanisms.
β’ Formulate recommendations and implement solutions to enhance performance while identifying acceptable risk tolerance.
β’ Independently manage complex issues with minimal supervision and escalate the most challenging issues as necessary.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
β’ At least four years of relevant work experience.
β’ Proficiency in electrical power distribution.
β’ Knowledge of Industrial Power Systems.
β’ Willingness to travel, approximately 40% of the time.
β’ Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
β’ Experience in project management and process safety management is preferred.
β’ Visa sponsorship is not available.
