CT Installation Engineer – Remote/Travel/Field

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate and calibrate CT installations following factory guidelines and specifications.

• Offer expert-level installation assistance to the field service team.

• Report and escalate technical challenges and delays.

• Ensure installation projects remain on schedule while maintaining quality standards.

• Assess room configurations and the quality of mechanical installation by vendors.

• Diagnose and rectify errors and mistakes made by vendors and the factory.

• Procure any missing or damaged components.

• Provide constructive feedback to vendors, factory personnel, project management, and planning teams.

• Travel with customer-facing stakeholders or make site visits to Siemens Healthineers locations, either regularly or occasionally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience.

• Preferred experience in CT installation and service.

• Willingness to travel overnight 100% of the time.

• Weekend work may be necessary.

• Reside near a major airport.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Organized, self-reliant, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• In-depth knowledge of a technical or specialty field.

• Background check and drug screening are mandatory.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence.

• No prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending charges, or serious moving violations, unless restricted by applicable state/local law.

• Compliance with client Vendor Credentialing requirements is necessary, which may include proof of identity, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.

• Ability to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control laws.
