CT Installation Engineer – Remote/Travel/Field

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate and calibrate CT installations following factory guidelines and specifications.

• Offer expert-level installation assistance to the field service team.

• Communicate and escalate technical challenges and delays effectively.

• Ensure installation projects remain on schedule while maintaining quality standards.

• Assess room layouts and the quality of installations performed by mechanical installation vendors.

• Diagnose and rectify errors and mistakes made by vendors and the factory.

• Procure any missing or damaged components as necessary.

• Provide constructive feedback to vendors, factory, project management, and planning teams.

• Travel with customer-facing stakeholders or visit Siemens Healthineers locations as required.

• Maintain unrestricted access to Siemens Healthineers client sites to carry out essential duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.

• Preferred experience in CT installation and service.

• Willingness to travel overnight 100% of the time.

• Potential for weekend work as needed.

• Reside near a major airport.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Highly organized, self-reliant, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• In-depth knowledge of a technical or specialty field.

• Possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.

• Background check and drug screening are mandatory.

• Must comply with applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements for access to client sites.

• Ability to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control laws.
