This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Advocate for the OLAPLEX philosophy centered around bond-building science through meaningful and motivating education.
• Execute regional educational strategies that enhance brand recognition, drive sales, and cultivate stylist loyalty.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage Regional Educators.
• Provide technical and business-focused education for salons, distributor partners, and retail staff.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to introduce new products, promotions, and initiatives.
• Organize, schedule, and implement educational programs, events, and activations.
• Foster strong relationships with salons, distributor sales consultants, and key accounts.
• Represent OLAPLEX at distributor exhibitions, regional events, and industry gatherings.
• Deliver educational content in both live and virtual formats.
• Track regional performance and work collaboratively across functions to meet education and sales objectives.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the technical curriculum and effectively communicate it to contract educators and students.
• Design, develop, and conduct regional cluster classes for distributor partners.
• Licensed cosmetologist with extensive experience in cutting, coloring, and styling all hair types.
• Over 8 years of experience in haircare education.
• Capable of managing intricate travel schedules and optimizing time in key market areas.
• Proficient in balancing administrative responsibilities, budget management using Google Sheets, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional presentation abilities and experience in facilitating both in-person and virtual programs for varied audiences.
• Leadership experience in building relationships with salon partners, distributors, internal teams, and field sales managers.
• Must reside near a major airport with direct access to the East Coast.
• Availability to travel up to 75% consistently, including weekends.
• Experience working with distribution partners to synchronize educational strategies and promote brand success.
• Proven track record in tracking and reporting measurable objectives and setting strategic goals.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and SharePoint.
• Experience in managing trade shows or regional educational events is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
