This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, develop, and finalize business opportunities in Radiology Medical Informatics through organized customer interactions and meetings.
• Achieve and surpass quarterly booking and revenue targets through efficient sales techniques.
• Meet the designated Business Unit sales budget by concentrating on replacement PACS, Synapse Information sales, opportunities within the installed base, and Enterprise solutions.
• Address the needs of radiologists and cardiologists as a key sales priority.
• Collaborate with healthcare product and service teams for solution selling, securing new accounts, leveraging installed-base opportunities, and expanding the product portfolio.
• Partner with teams in Medical Informatics Marketing, Solutions Delivery and Support, Modality Solutions Sales, and Service Management.
• Grasp and utilize Medical Informatics product messaging to enhance sales strategies and increase market share.
• Generate precise monthly bookings and revenue forecasts.
• Maintain a robust and qualified opportunity pipeline of $15 million or more.
• Lead the sales process for qualified opportunities in the assigned region and oversee all sales activities.
• Qualify and follow up on leads from trade shows, RFPs, Account Executives, and Inside Sales.
• Gather and relay market intelligence to management and suggest improvements to the portfolio.
• Foster exceptional customer experiences.
• Adhere to Quote to Order/Booking processes, Grants of Authority, and established policies and procedures.
• Provide accurate booking documentation for Sales and Marketing Operations as well as the Order to Remittance processes.
• Maintain precise CRM records for opportunities, accounts, activities, quotes, contacts, assets, and reporting.
• Meet sales quotas, revenue objectives, and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Contribute to sales strategy, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and enhance corporate strategy and team communication.
• Manage demonstrations of PACS, Cardiovascular, and RIS during the sales process.
• Comply with relevant medical-device regulatory standards, ISO requirements, and legal obligations.
• BA/BS/MA, with over 5 years of progressive experience in Medical Informatics Sales within a Healthcare / Medical Imaging / IT organization.
• Extensive functional expertise in sales, including building customer relationships, delivering sales presentations, strategic selling, and formulating effective value proposition strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions to create business impact.
• Capacity to analyze and resolve issues at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Strong customer-centric approach.
• Proven track record of achieving sales performance.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and the capability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
• Good judgment in decision-making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
• Effective time management abilities.
• Anticipate the need for proactive communication and planning at all levels.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including fieldwork and visits to corporate offices.
• Meet and comply with vendor credentialing requirements for hospital and facility access.
• Comply with applicable U.S. FDA medical device regulatory standards, ISO 13485 requirements, and other relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Physically capable of sitting 75–100% of the work time; using hands and fingers up to 100%; standing, talking, and hearing for 75%; lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds for up to 20% of the work time; and maintaining close vision at 20 inches or less.
