This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve or surpass regional sales objectives.
• Discover new business prospects and broaden the customer base.
• Collaborate with the regional sales team to ensure a favorable customer experience.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Work together with other departments to bolster sales initiatives.
• Deliver regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.
• Propel market share growth and improve customer engagement across Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Required licenses include Series 6, 63, Life, Health, and Variable.
• Strong comprehension of market dynamics and customer requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain robust relationships with production sources.
• Results-oriented focus on both individual and team objectives.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.
• Must be based in Dallas, Texas.
