This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +3 more states.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve or surpass regional sales objectives.
• Discover new business prospects and grow the customer base.
• Collaborate with the regional sales team to guarantee a positive customer experience.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Work alongside other departments to bolster sales initiatives.
• Deliver regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.
• Propel growth in regional market share and enhance customer engagement throughout Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
• Over 5 years of experience in insurance or financial services sales.
• Must obtain Series 6, 63, Life, Health, and Variable licenses within 180 days from the start date.
• Professional certifications such as CLU, ChFC, CFP, CLTC, or LUTCF are advantageous.
• Strong grasp of market dynamics and customer requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Aptitude for developing and sustaining strong relationships with production sources.
• Results-oriented focus on achieving individual and collective goals.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time or more.
