Regional Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic, clinical, and operational guidance for programs within designated service lines and region.

• Drive the growth of programs, enhance financial performance, achieve clinical excellence, and improve operational effectiveness.

• Oversee daily operations across residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient services.

• Manage P&L, ensure clinical quality, maintain regulatory compliance, and promote staff engagement.

• Analyze program KPIs and spearhead initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Ensure adherence to the requirements of regulatory agencies, accrediting bodies, and third-party payers.

• Collaborate with the VP of Operations and cross-functional teams to develop improvement plans.

• Evaluate financial performance and align program resources with the budget.

• Lead recruitment, annual evaluations, performance management, and personnel development plans for direct reports.

• Coordinate operational activities with support departments.

• Establish referral networks with programs and providers specializing in eating disorders, substance abuse, and mental health treatment.

• Foster exceptional customer service and quality service delivery.

• Assist with clinical duties and engage patients in a supportive recovery process, if applicable.

• Support facility staff and cultivate a culture of shared responsibility and high-quality patient care.

• Participate in the clinical/administrative on-call rotation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate is required.

• Clinical Licensure is preferred (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LPCC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist).

• A minimum of three years of management experience in the healthcare sector is required.

• Ability to be on call and travel as necessary.
