Regional Coordinator – Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the Infrastructure and Facilities team at VCP, based in Campinas, São Paulo.

• Oversee construction, renovation, and modification projects at the facilities in the Southern/São Paulo Region.

• Strategically plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems and infrastructure assets.

• Manage contracts related to cleaning, landscaping, building maintenance, and facilities services.

• Control both CAPEX and OPEX for the bases you are accountable for.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, licenses, and airport requirements.

• Develop and track KPIs and SLAs, fostering continuous improvement.

• Engage in negotiations with suppliers, utility providers, concessionaires, and airport administrators.

• Assist with base expansion, implementation, and decommissioning initiatives.

• Lead both in-house and outsourced teams to meet operational demands.

• Coordinate construction, renovation, and adaptation projects at the facilities in the Southern/São Paulo Region, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budget management.

• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems and infrastructure assets.

• Manage contracts for cleaning, landscaping, building maintenance, and other facilities services.

• Oversee CAPEX and OPEX for the bases under your management.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, licenses, and requirements set forth by airport authorities.

• Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs), promoting continuous improvement.

• Lead negotiations with suppliers, utility providers, concessionaires, and airport authorities.

• Support base expansion, implementation, and decommissioning activities.

• Direct in-house and outsourced teams, ensuring high performance and service levels that align with operational requirements.

• A postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Facilities Management, Safety Engineering, or a relevant field is an advantage.

• Experience in an airport environment, airline, or complex operations is a plus.

• PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud and ServiceNow is a plus.

• Intermediate English proficiency for reading and writing technical documentation is a plus.

• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, and Power BI is an advantage.
