This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +2 more states.
• Deliver hands-on and/or remote post-sale training on digital intraoral imaging products in clinical environments.
• Provide training on imaging software and associated technologies.
• Act as the primary contact for training escalations within the designated territory.
• Collaborate with both internal and external teams to meet customers’ clinical requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on supported intraoral imaging products.
• Document and report on completed training sessions.
• Review and follow up on completed surveys to ensure that clinical training meets the needs of stakeholders.
• Investigate and manage escalations related to clinical training within the territory.
• Assist Clinical Program Managers and Product Management with the testing and implementation of new products.
• Facilitate billable clinical training sessions and create a pipeline of future training opportunities through customer engagement, needs assessment, and relationship management.
• Participate in tradeshows and educational events for clinical representation and support.
• Acquire and maintain certifications for supported products.
• Manage priorities and timelines effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Travel up to 75% as required by business needs.
• Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.
• Associate's degree or equivalent certification and/or licenses.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on clinical dental experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven experience with dental imaging equipment, including digital intraoral scanners (IOS).
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Demonstrated capability to work remotely and independently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute tasks effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours and travel, including weekends, as needed.
• Up to 75% overnight travel required.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• More than 2 years of training experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of radiology is an asset.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
