This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Design, develop, and maintain engaging eLearning, instructor-led, blended, and performance support training solutions and tools.
• Create learning materials and assessments for key training and evaluation initiatives that align with Ryder's objectives, operational principles, and competencies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to establish instructional goals, content, implementation strategies, and evaluation methods.
• Organize projects to achieve deliverables while adhering to defined scope and timelines.
• Work together on best practices for instructional technologies, tools, and processes.
• Design and develop proposals for learning projects.
• Align instructional design solutions with objectives and desired outcomes.
• Identify and share creative and innovative ideas to foster consensus and partnerships.
• Stay updated on emerging learning methodologies and integrate adult-learning best practices.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree is required in Business, Education, Instructional Design Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field, or a minimum of 8 years of equivalent experience designing and developing e-learning, instructor-led, blended, or performance support training materials and/or solutions.
• A Master's degree is preferred in a related field.
• At least five (5) years of experience in an educational or business environment.
• A minimum of three (3) years assessing, designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions, including the design, development, and production of e-learning training materials/solutions.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite.
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency in at least one authoring/development tool, such as Storyline.
• Extensive experience working closely with clients and subject matter experts to create training strategies and solutions.
• Strong capability in analyzing information to identify training and non-training needs.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, work sessions, and training activities.
• Capacity to work under tight deadlines and manage strict timelines.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and schedule tasks effectively.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Proficient in developing and delivering impactful presentations.
