Instructional Design Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess business needs and propose effective learning strategies.

• Implement performance-driven e-learning, video, instructor-led, and blended-learning solutions.

• Partner with business stakeholders to measure the influence of learning strategies on organizational objectives.

• Design and create learning solutions utilizing established instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories.

• Deliver learning solutions within project deadlines and provide timely updates on project status.

• Engage with stakeholders to comprehend learning requirements, collect content, clarify needs, identify risks, provide progress updates, and take part in review sessions.

• Develop consistent, high-quality, on-brand materials that adhere to accessibility best practices.

• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and suggest modifications aligned with business goals and objectives.

• Adhere to technical specifications to implement materials based on learner needs and hosting prerequisites.

• Revise and enhance existing content for ongoing improvement.

• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions.

• Carry out other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in writing clearly for the intended audience and purpose.

• Capable of creating diverse learning materials using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Articulate 360.

• Skilled in writing, designing, and structuring content for documents, video, eLearning, and instructor-led formats.

• Ability to generate ideas and provide suggestions for learning design.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate training focusing on instructional design and development or equivalent educational background.
