This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +41 more states.
• Assist in the design and implementation of the Casualty Injury College to enhance adjuster capabilities.
• Develop and deliver educational materials that enhance claim judgment, improve evaluation precision, negotiation tactics, and customer communication.
• Construct practice-oriented, real-life learning experiences to boost quality, reduce cycle time, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide learners and designers throughout the learning activities.
• Oversee the catalog of available offerings and suggest content tailored to business-unit and enterprise requirements.
• Organize the initial setup of classes and educational initiatives.
• Assess the effectiveness of learning and propose enhancements to learners' comprehension.
• Create and deliver educational offerings that align with business and enterprise strategies as part of an agile team.
• Support talent management initiatives within learning programs.
• Establish and nurture relationships with business partners, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Promote the adoption of a skills-oriented culture through the design and delivery of learning.
• Engage in audits and quality assessments of learning systems.
• This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
• Expertise in casualty claims.
• In-depth knowledge of evaluation accuracy and exposure recognition.
• Strong understanding of medical literacy and causation.
• Proficient in demand handling and negotiation strategies.
• Solid grasp of litigation fundamentals, discovery processes, and settlement strategies.
• Familiarity with desk and pending management.
• Experience in designing blended learning solutions, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), simulations, job aids, and assessments.
• Capability to deliver engaging, interactive instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
• Proficient in designing and facilitating comprehensive claim simulations and applied learning experiences.
• Ability to provide constructive coaching and feedback.
• Skillful in utilizing data and feedback to assess and enhance learning outcomes.
• Background investigation is required.
• This position typically does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is necessary.
