
Regional Clinical Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recognize, cultivate, and implement new business ventures within the designated region
• Seek out and engage new clients and partnerships, promote new product adoption, recover lost business, and establish a regional customer base
• Forge and sustain relationships with physicians, practice administrators, hospitals, healthcare organizations, fellowship sites, and key associations
• Cultivate a regional network of Key Opinion Leaders
• Assess regional market data, pinpoint opportunities and challenges, and execute growth strategies
• Analyze the viability of launching new products and business models
• Collaborate with the Academy, Marketing, Sales, Area Managers, and other relevant parties
• Monitor and evaluate KPIs related to partnerships, revenue, and market growth; report developments to senior leadership
• Maintain clinical expertise in managing both acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, including management, surgical procedures, conservative treatments, and rehabilitation
• Contribute to defining the product pipeline as part of the product council, covering new product development, product/technology acquisitions, and distribution
• Assist in marketing, product launches, rollovers, discontinuations, sales support, and enhancing customer experience
• Aid in strategic expansion, market intelligence, and initiatives representing the regional voice of the customer
• Identify campaigns, services, and distribution methods to boost regional sales
• Develop unique selling propositions and differentiators utilizing market and competitor insights
• Consult with the VP, B&S, regarding business trends and new service, product, and channel opportunities
• Create and implement regional new product launch strategies and prepare post-launch analysis
• Engage and establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders for local, regional, and national peer interactions
• Lead and facilitate educational events with key fellowship sites
• Organize account priorities and manage activities
• Submit precise and timely expense reports
• Exercise sound judgment regarding the utilization of company funds
• Perform additional duties as requested
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• Clinical certification is highly preferred in orthotics, physical therapy, athletic training, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant sales experience in the orthopedic sector
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and expand referral networks
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Proficient in CRM systems for activity management and data analysis
• Experience in constructing business cases for investments, acquisitions, or new product development
• Capable of collaborating across various functions and effectively coordinating activities
• Outstanding listening skills with the ability to pinpoint and address customer concerns or objections
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate about new technology and its transformative potential
• Ability to remain productive in a globally distributed team via self-discipline and motivation
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, PowerBI, and Outlook
• Experience with PowerBI is required
• Willingness to travel up to 65%
