This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +1 more state.
β’ Take ownership of and manage a specified sales territory within the performance and health sectors.
β’ Proactively generate a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting alongside marketing-driven inbound leads.
β’ Facilitate both in-person and virtual product demonstrations.
β’ Organize and supervise client trials.
β’ Collaborate on full-cycle sales opportunities with Contracts and Client Success teams.
β’ Meet monthly and quarterly quota targets based on units sold.
β’ Effectively manage pipeline activities utilizing CRM tools.
β’ Participate in conferences, events, and industry meetings.
β’ Represent VALD professionally at various conferences, events, and industry gatherings.
β’ Cultivate new leads and discover new business opportunities.
β’ Utilize industry knowledge and product expertise to inform clients about VALD systems.
β’ Expect to travel around 50%, primarily regionally, including frequent day trips and occasional overnight stays.
β’ Conduct product demonstrations in clinical, performance, and tactical environments.
β’ A background in Sport Performance Strength & Conditioning, Exercise Science, or a related field.
β’ High School Strength & Conditioning experience is preferred.
β’ College-level Strength & Conditioning experience is an advantage.
β’ New graduates are encouraged to apply; however, preferred candidates should have 2+ years of relevant field experience.
β’ Excellent communication skills in in-person, virtual, and written formats.
β’ Comfort with cold prospecting, including drop-ins, calls, and emails.
β’ Confidence in engaging with individuals at all professional levels, from students to executives.
β’ Experience using CRM platforms, with HubSpot preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools.
β’ Previous field sales experience will be considered only if aligned with a clinical background and subscription-based sales models.
β’ Candidates must reside within 60 minutes of a major airport related to the job location.
β’ Ability to travel within a 5β6 hour radius of home.
β’ Candidates located outside the territory must be prepared to relocate within 30 days of receiving the offer/start date.
β’ A reliable personal vehicle is required.
β’ Capability to transport and demonstrate VALD equipment, including the ability to carry demo equipment weighing up to approximately 77 pounds.
β’ Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
β’ Successful completion of identity and criminal record background checks is required.
β’ Commission and on-target bonus structure.
