This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and engage new clients and partnerships within the designated region.
• Facilitate the adoption of new products and recover lost business while establishing a regional customer base.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with physicians, practice administrators, hospitals, healthcare organizations, fellowship sites, and key societies.
• Evaluate regional market data to pinpoint opportunities and challenges, and develop strategies for growth.
• Assess the viability of launching new products and business models.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Academy, Area Managers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs related to partnerships, revenue, and market expansion.
• Report progress to senior leadership and confer with the VP, B&S, regarding business trends.
• Assist in outlining the product pipeline, encompassing new product development, acquisitions, and distribution.
• Support activities related to marketing, product launches, rollovers, discontinuations, sales enablement, and customer experience.
• Develop unique selling propositions and differentiators based on market and competitor insights.
• Create and implement regional new product launch plans and prepare post-launch evaluations.
• Build and engage Key Opinion Leaders for local, regional, and national peer interactions.
• Lead educational events with key fellowship sites.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA, Advamed, healthcare laws, and regulations.
• Remain updated on industry trends and regulations.
• Organize account priorities and activities, submit timely expense reports, maintain confidentiality, and perform additional requested duties.
• Travel up to 65%.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Clinical certification in orthotics, physical therapy, athletic training, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
• Over 8 years of relevant sales experience in the orthopedic sector.
• Demonstrated ability to forge relationships and expand referral networks.
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems for managing activities and analyzing data.
• Experience in constructing business cases for investments, acquisitions, or new product development.
• Ability to coordinate activities across various functions to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Excellent listening skills with the capability to identify and address customer concerns or objections.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for new technology and its transformative potential.
• Capacity to work effectively in a globally distributed team through self-discipline and self-motivation.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Outlook.
• Experience with PowerBI is required.
• Ability to comply with healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA and Advamed.
• Willingness to travel up to 65%.
