Regional Capital Manager, ENT – Central States

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Advocate for Medtronic ENT's capital and service offerings within a designated region.

• Cultivate and enhance long-term relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and practice managers.

• Oversee large, intricate accounts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Execute market research and spearhead market development initiatives to foster competitive conversions and strategic growth.

• Promote and sell Medtronic's ENT capital products and services within specific geographic regions or customer accounts.

• Achieve or surpass sales objectives.

• Relay customer insights regarding new products or modifications to internal teams including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.

• Assist the ENT clinical team in surgical settings.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Operations to refine strategy and share market intelligence.

• Manage relationships with executive-level customers and negotiate significant deals.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) along with 10+ years of relevant experience, OR an Associate degree with 8+ years, OR a Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.

• Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or similar roles within the medical device, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.

• Valid driver's license.

• Active vehicle insurance policy.

• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout the duration of employment.

• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
