Regional Activation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete execution of regional activations, encompassing venue selection, vendor/staff coordination, on-site logistics, and management on the event day.

• Adapt national campaign ideas to resonate with audiences in the Southeast market.

• Oversee the regional budget, ensuring expenditures align with the plan and demonstrate measurable ROI.

• Foster and sustain relationships with local partners, venues, and vendors.

• Act as the primary liaison for regional stakeholders.

• Travel within the Southeast region as required, with an estimated 50–60% time commitment for on-site activation support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years of pertinent experience.

• Proven experience in translating brand strategies into local, practical experiences.

• Capability to modify national priorities for Southeast consumers and communities.

• Proficient in building partnerships with internal teams, external collaborators, vendors, and local stakeholders.

• Experience managing activations from initial concept to execution, including timelines, budgets, logistics, and partner coordination.

• Familiarity with cultural dynamics, consumer trends, and local market evolutions.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and uncertain environment.

• Strong curiosity, proactivity, and a self-starter attitude.

• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization capabilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.

• Comfortable spending ample time in-market and traveling across the Southeast.

• Based in Nashville or Boca.
