
Regional Account Manager – Radiation Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement a strategic sales strategy for the Southeast region.
• Acquire new business opportunities and enhance relationships with current accounts.
• Market patient-positioning, surface-guidance, and quality-assurance solutions utilized in radiation oncology.
• Establish connections with medical physicists, radiation therapists, dosimetrists, department heads, and hospital decision-makers.
• Oversee the entire sales process, encompassing prospecting, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Recognize capital-planning cycles, opportunities for competitive replacements, and expansion prospects.
• Organize product demonstrations and presentations in collaboration with clinical and technical teams.
• Keep precise records of opportunities, activities, and forecasts within the CRM system.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and regional customer events.
• Work in conjunction with sales leadership, marketing, applications, service, and distribution partners.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• A minimum of three years of successful sales experience in medical devices, radiation oncology, or healthcare technology.
• A strong understanding of radiation oncology workflows and clinical stakeholders is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in selling capital equipment, clinical software, or other intricate technical solutions.
• Demonstrated capability to cultivate new accounts and manage extended sales cycles.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate independently from a home-based office.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Southeast region.
• Preferred experience in selling radiation therapy, patient-positioning, SGRT, dosimetry, or quality-assurance technology.
• Existing connections with cancer centers and radiation oncology departments are preferred.
• Clinical experience as a radiation therapist, dosimetrist, or medical physicist is advantageous.
• Experience in managing distributors or channel partners is preferred.
