This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Accelerate the growth of the portfolio, broaden distribution, and enhance brand visibility across Texas, Colorado, and Oklahoma.
• Assess account performance against KPIs, pinpoint areas for improvement, and execute action plans for profitable growth.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with distributor Key/Regional Accounts teams.
• Collaborate with Campari State Managers, On Premise Channel Managers, District Managers, and teams focused on chain accounts.
• Activate multi-unit on-premise dining accounts while facilitating the sell-in and implementation of Campari portfolio programs.
• Execute plans for availability, visibility, and activation that support the brand strategy.
• Conduct customer meetings and provide fact-based selling presentations.
• Create compelling selling narratives and programming initiatives to enhance distribution and depletion activities.
• Oversee new product launches and coordinate launch plans with Brand Management and Trade Marketing.
• Monitor competitive landscape, consumer insights, and category trends to uncover account opportunities.
• Direct local Field Sales, promotional agencies, and CCM managers in account activation and marketing initiatives.
• Manage the execution of customer programs and sales strategies through distributors.
• Develop alignment plans for distributors and contingency strategies for market gaps and execution challenges.
• Oversee the assigned budget while achieving market share, growth, NSV, and volume objectives.
• Formulate sales plans, provide forecasts, and assist with Sales & Operations Planning.
• Conduct program reviews to enhance trade marketing investment and ROI.
• 5–7 years of experience in FMCG sales, ideally within the beverage alcohol sector.
• 3–5 years of direct experience with Regional Accounts, including some exposure to Distributor management.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of budget management and KPI achievement.
• Experience in reviewing and calculating pricing strategies.
• Background in category management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Profound understanding of Nielsen, Technomic, Datassential, and other relevant data sources.
• Familiarity with product sales and crafting persuasive selling narratives.
• Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities within a multi-brand portfolio.
• Capacity to work both independently and cooperatively within a team setting.
• Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and VIP.
• Outstanding presentation skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours, typically 3+ nights per week.
• Ability to travel as business requires, usually 3–4 days per week and over 50% of the year.
• Must possess a motor vehicle and a valid driver's license.
