This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Drive and enhance the sales of Zoetis poultry products and services, encompassing Biologicals and Inovoject device systems.
• Oversee corporate and complex-level communications with clients concerning Zoetis poultry products and services.
• Formulate account plans for designated accounts and contribute to account strategies led by colleagues.
• Organize all Zoetis initiatives within assigned accounts.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer locations to optimize business opportunities.
• Regularly convey customer needs to internal Zoetis teams, including Customer Service, Veterinary Services, Marketing, and product support groups.
• Establish and cultivate an industry network to grasp customer strategies and gain early insights and engagement.
• Generate reports on industry developments, customer updates, sales goals, achievements, and competitive intelligence.
• Foster customer loyalty by nurturing relationships with key account decision-makers and influencers.
• Provide insights to aid in the formulation of marketing strategies.
• Leverage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to oversee accounts, contacts, and business operations.
• Stay informed about changes and future requirements of assigned accounts and deliver monthly forecasts.
• Act as the primary representative for Zoetis Poultry products for broiler and broiler breeder accounts in the Pennsylvania region.
• Meet annual gross revenue and margin targets while adhering to budgeted expense guidelines.
• Drive new business development and ensure customer retention within assigned regional accounts.
• A bachelor's degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, or Agribusiness is preferred.
• A minimum of five years in the poultry sector with practical knowledge of live production is preferred.
• Highly developed interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in PC applications, especially Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project software).
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to address common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory bodies, or business community members.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% of the time, including quarterly trips to the West Coast.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in environments typical of the poultry industry.
