This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Achieve established sales, activity, and performance targets.
• Develop and maintain key customer accounts through strategic routing and focused promotional efforts.
• Execute sales presentations and calls to ophthalmologists, optometrists, and departments within healthcare institutions.
• Advocate for Scope products utilizing the Scope Infinity model and authorized promotional resources.
• Collaborate with Scope team members and external stakeholders to enhance commercial success.
• Exchange and implement best practices within the regional team and nationwide as needed.
• Perform monthly analysis of territory sales and activities using CRM systems.
• Create territory action plans while keeping CRM planning and customer interaction records up to date.
• Oversee the promotional budget and track performance against set objectives.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, therapy areas, competitors, and regional eye-care trends.
• Organize account planning and foster relationships with influential opinion leaders.
• Keep an eye on competitor activities and relay insights to management and marketing teams.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales within a comparable environment is mandatory.
• Experience in the Eye Care sector is a significant advantage.
• A degree in Business or Science is preferred.
• Professional qualifications and memberships are a plus.
• Proven motivation, clinical expertise, and interpersonal skills to cultivate and sustain relationships with diverse healthcare professionals.
• Well-honed selling skills centered on customer needs.
• Established ability to analyze data and formulate effective territory and account strategies.
• History of tracking progress and ensuring follow-through.
• Capability to operate independently within a distributed team setting.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills suitable for all organizational levels.
• Strong skills in organization, prioritization, and management of workloads.
• Ability to perform under pressure and work autonomously.
• High level of computer proficiency.
• Skilled in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Adaptable attitude towards working hours and willingness to travel approximately 30% within the territory and the US.
