This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with key customers, such as Ophthalmologists and Optometrists.
• Enhance service-focused customer interactions to boost the usage and endorsement of Scope products.
• Achieve a comprehensive understanding of the Scope Product Portfolio.
• Meet established sales, activity, and various performance goals.
• Design effective routes and concentrate activities and promotional expenditures on targeted customers.
• Execute sales calls and presentations in specialized hospital departments and healthcare facilities.
• Cultivate and sustain selling proficiency utilizing the Scope Infinity model.
• Employ promotional materials to support marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Scope colleagues and external stakeholders to optimize commercial success.
• Share and implement best practices within the regional team and nationally when suitable.
• Carry out monthly sales and activity evaluations using CRM systems.
• Create territory action plans and refresh CRM planners and customer interactions.
• Oversee promotional budgets and assess performance against set objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of products, therapy areas, competitors, and regional Eye Care developments.
• Track competitor activities and provide consistent feedback.
• Comprehend account strategies and synchronize account planning with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop multiple Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Represent Scope in a professional manner consistent with company values.
• A degree in Business or a Science-related field is preferred.
• Relevant professional qualifications and memberships are advantageous.
• A minimum of 5 years of Sales experience in a comparable environment is essential.
• Background in the Eye Care sector would be a significant benefit.
• Proven track record of Drive, Clinical Competency, and Interpersonal Savvy to foster and maintain robust relationships with diverse HCPs.
• High energy, resilience, and enthusiasm.
• Well-honed selling abilities with a strong emphasis on customer requirements.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze data and formulate effective territory and account strategies.
• Proven history of tracking progress and ensuring follow-through.
• Ability to operate independently within a remote team.
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven with excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities.
• Capacity to work under pressure and autonomously while managing a varied and demanding workload.
• Exceptional computer literacy.
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and across the US, approximately 30% of the time.
