This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee strategic client partnerships throughout the entire service lifecycle, which includes onboarding, recruitment, immigration, and arrival processes.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated accounts, facilitating monthly client meetings and weekly status updates.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, particularly C-suite executives.
• Organize and lead on-site client visits, encompassing agenda creation and executive presentations.
• Anticipate client needs and secure re-orders that align with hiring objectives.
• Collaborate with internal Recruitment, Legal, Immigration, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track and report on account metrics related to performance, growth, and service quality.
• Identify client needs, risks, and experience hurdles, leading internal efforts for resolution.
• Maintain records of client interactions and updates within CRM systems.
• Generate new client prospects through business development events, LinkedIn, and other avenues.
• Follow up with leads to establish strategic relationships with potential clients.
• Drive new business growth and expand portfolio targets within the designated territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and support business operations.
• Contribute insights on market trends, client feedback, and ideas for process improvements during strategic discussions.
• Oversee client-facing deliverables and manage internal operational projects.
• Monitor performance and create reports that measure account success metrics.
• Undertake additional duties and projects that support WWHS business objectives.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• More than 5 years of experience in account management, client services, or business development—ideally within healthcare staffing, immigration, or consulting sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing intricate client relationships and enhancing revenue growth.
• Exceptional skills in presentation, communication, and engaging with executives.
• Proficient in CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to prioritize competing demands and work effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for client site visits or industry-related events.
