This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Sustain and expand the existing business base while fostering long-term customer loyalty.
• Utilize established account connections and collaborate with KOLs and industry leaders to enhance sales of prescriptive products within the designated territory.
• Evaluate customer requirements and present products and services, which include AIT, VAS, ALK Advantage Program, and consulting services.
• Engage with top accounts monthly to uphold vendor-of-choice status.
• Identify and approach competitors’ leading accounts to introduce ALK products and finalize product lines.
• Organize appointments for the sales management and scientific services teams.
• Target non-allergist ENTs to advocate for allergy testing and treatment services.
• Analyze monthly sales reports to detect sales trends.
• Keep management informed of field activities and fulfill administrative requests within deadlines.
• Maintain an updated Outlook calendar with appointments and travel plans, including a mandatory 60-day schedule.
• Document account notes and updates in the CRM following each sales interaction, ensuring a minimum of 30 updates per week.
• Prepare monthly expense reports via Concur.
• Manage target account lists.
• Provide monthly performance updates to sales management regarding prospects, accounts, performance metrics, new business ventures, proposals, and product promotions.
• Oversee sample inventory and adhere to relevant rules and regulations.
• Review third-party documents, marketing materials, product inserts, and associated materials.
• Participate in ALK sales training sessions.
• Travel approximately 2–3 nights per week and attend 3–5 company-related weekend events annually.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing is preferred.
• Capability to complete tasks within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Ability to fulfill customer needs and profitability objectives.
• Proficiency in completing and analyzing the Monthly Report to draw conclusions about territory performance.
• Skill in recognizing sales trends and the competitive landscape's impact on the territory.
• Competence in increasing revenue to achieve quarterly and annual quotas, which are updated weekly.
• Awareness of and ability to communicate economic, political, technical, and competitive shifts within the allergy market.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Willingness and capacity to travel extensively, including around 2–3 overnight trips per week and participation in 3–5 company-related weekend events each year.
