This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and execute outreach, relationship-building, and marketing strategies.
• Organize and participate in community health fairs and expos while overseeing inventory management.
• Foster and maintain communication with referring providers and their staff through regular visits, emails, and phone calls.
• Update and oversee the CRM database and mailing lists for external communications.
• Cultivate, support, and enhance relationships with referring providers using educational materials related to clinical and programmatic topics.
• Serve as a primary resource for both internal and external clients, identify new business prospects, and address referring physician concerns.
• Analyze data from various sources to guide strategy and develop effective sales plans.
• Create weekly work plans, activity and outcome reports, and monthly summaries.
• Engage with the community to strengthen existing relationships and increase referrals.
• Organize and take part in social gatherings, corporate events, workshops, and staff activities.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to achieve organizational objectives.
• A Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
• An Associate’s degree accompanied by relevant experience is acceptable.
• 2-4 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or device sales.
• Demonstrated success in relationship building and consistently achieving productivity goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, presentation software, and social media management tools.
• General understanding of CRM software systems.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Capability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Ability to work independently in the field as well as collaboratively with teams to achieve results.
• Dependable and punctual, providing a high standard of customer service.
• Willingness to accommodate physicians’ schedules, which may occasionally extend beyond standard office hours.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Daily travel within the assigned region and additional nationwide travel as required by business needs.
• Full-time employment.
• Travel as necessary for business purposes.
