This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Take charge of acquiring and finalizing new business for designated geographic areas and/or states.
• Sell to C-level executives, VPs, and field-based staff, tailoring strategies according to different personas.
• Work in collaboration with sales leadership and supporting sales teams to develop acquisition strategies and manage the pipeline.
• Identify potential new customers and strategically follow up on touchpoints.
• Foster relationships with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, tradeshows, industry events, and conferences.
• Develop and implement outreach micro-strategies while tracking prospect interactions.
• Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Negotiate agreements and finalize deals.
• Create outbound email communications using CRM software and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Achieve revenue growth that meets or surpasses quarterly objectives and forecasts.
• Utilize cross-functional resources to secure business.
• Clearly articulate product value to potential customers.
• Travel to meet potential customers on-site for prospecting, networking, and sales activities.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and market changes through associations, webinars, and events.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling enterprise software to the construction industry or similar sectors.
• Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS sales.
• Over 7 years of experience managing all stages of the sales cycle, including prospect relationships, contract negotiation, and closing.
• More than 7 years of experience conducting targeted searches and inquiries to research, qualify, and convert sales leads.
• Experience engaging with and selling to C-level Executives, VPs, and Field-Based Employees.
• Proven experience in quota-carrying roles, consistently achieving revenue growth that meets or exceeds quarterly business plans and forecasts.
• Strong background in traveling up to 70% for strategic prospecting, networking, and sales initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading virtual and in-person product demonstrations via platforms such as WebEx, Zoom, etc.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills in negotiations, public speaking, and presentations.
• Comprehension of prospective customers’ needs within complex buying organizations.
• Strong negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines while paying attention to detail.
