This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Take full ownership of the comprehensive strategy for user engagement, lifetime value, and sustainable product-led growth.
• Act as the financial and analytical strategist for initiatives focused on product-led growth.
• Attract, recruit, and lead a high-performing team dedicated to growth.
• Collaborate with Product teams to design user experiences that foster growth and long-term engagement.
• Manage financial metrics, opportunity sizing, and offer economics.
• Formulate business strategies that promote growth, profitability, and competitive advantage.
• Oversee and mentor analysts; provide coaching and guidance to associates.
• Create product and pricing strategies while directing product-level data modeling and analytics.
• Spearhead direct-to-consumer marketing and strategic initiatives for retail-channel products.
• Generate customer insights that inform new experiences, technologies, and go-to-market strategies.
• Enhance credit performance through trend analysis, risk modeling, hypothesis testing, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Manage business requirements and implement product strategies effectively.
• Supervise multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
• Work collaboratively with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other teams at Capital One.
• Drive improvements in quality, volume, service, and profitability.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quantitative analysis.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in qualitative analysis.
• At least 2 years of experience in people management.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
• Proven interest and skill in artificial intelligence.
• Capacity to utilize AI in personal projects, AI-driven development settings, or AI-agent automations.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent business judgment, leadership qualities, and integrity.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Strong executive communication abilities.
• Skills in strategic influence, interpersonal relations, and negotiation.
• Results-oriented mindset in uncertain and dynamic environments.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree.
• Preferred: Over 2 years of experience in financial services.
• Preferred: More than 1 year of experience in consulting.
