This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Perform recruitment and selection of candidates for operational positions

• Advertise job openings on employment websites, social media, and specialized platforms

• Conduct interviews in regional cities, assessing candidates' technical and behavioral competencies

• Provide support and feedback to candidates throughout the selection process

• Deliver reports and updates regarding the status of the recruitment processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection of professionals is desirable

• A degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields is preferred

• Familiarity with online recruitment tools and candidate management systems is desirable

• Possession of equipment (laptop and smartphone) for conducting selection processes is preferred

• A vehicle for transportation is desirable

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
