This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Guide, mentor, coach, and enhance the skills of a team of Recruiters.
• Facilitate daily team meetings and regular individual coaching sessions.
• Track recruiter productivity and offer continuous performance feedback.
• Assist in the onboarding and training processes for new recruiters.
• Cultivate a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable team environment.
• Oversee team attendance, leave, performance, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Recognize development opportunities and implement tailored development plans.
• Manage the comprehensive recruitment process across various hiring activities.
• Supervise recruiter workloads and prioritize open vacancies.
• Ensure timely management of vacancies while upholding quality standards.
• Evaluate sourcing strategies and enact ongoing improvements to the recruitment process.
• Propel proactive talent pipelining initiatives.
• Oversee workflows for adherence to client processes, policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify operational challenges and apply solutions to enhance recruitment performance.
• Guarantee clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and nurture relationships with Marquis Health hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Participate in operational meetings and recruitment review sessions.
• Provide updates on recruitment, market insights, and hiring recommendations.
• Ensure that client service standards and SLAs are consistently met.
• Raise recruitment risks and challenges with constructive solution recommendations.
• Monitor and enhance recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Submit, Candidate Pipeline Health, Interview-to-Offer Ratio, Offer Acceptance Rate, Recruiter Productivity, Fill Rate, Candidate Experience, and ATS Data Quality.
• Analyze recruitment data to uncover trends, remove bottlenecks, and boost team performance.
• Ensure compliance with US employment regulations, client requirements, and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and prepare audit-ready recruitment documentation.
• Prepare and submit recruitment reports to ReWorks and Marquis Health.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of candidate and client information.
• Support the implementation of new recruitment processes, systems, and initiatives.
• A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience leading or supervising a recruitment team.
• Experience in healthcare recruitment is highly beneficial.
• Preferably experienced in supporting US or international recruitment.
• Familiarity with high-volume recruitment environments.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new recruitment technologies with ease.
• Tech-savvy and capable of quickly adjusting to new systems and processes.
• Experience with recruitment software and ATS platforms is a plus.
