Recruitment Talent Sourcing Specialist – Japanese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform targeted research to discover potential candidates utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.

• Develop and sustain a pool of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring requirements.

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend role specifications and sourcing methodologies.

• Evaluate candidate profiles to determine skills, experience, and cultural compatibility.

• Oversee candidate information and sourcing activities within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Actively engage passive candidates to stimulate interest and foster relationships.

• Keep abreast of market trends and offer insights regarding talent availability and competitor actions.

• Assist in employer branding efforts by showcasing company values and culture to prospective candidates.

• Compile regular reports on sourcing metrics and candidate pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar position.

• Strong research and analytical abilities with a knack for identifying high-quality candidates.

• Familiarity with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and ATS.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.

• Experience in sourcing for technical or specialized roles is advantageous.

• Understanding of labor market trends and recruitment best practices.

• Multilingual skills or experience in a global recruiting context.

• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Japanese.
