This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process for a variety of roles across different business units.
• Act as a strategic advisor for talent acquisition.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to create effective sourcing strategies.
• Develop robust talent pipelines.
• Provide an exceptional experience for candidates.
• Play a key role in attracting qualified individuals to further Thermo Fisher Scientific's mission.

• Represent the organization at recruitment events and job fairs.
• Advanced degree with 3 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in life sciences.
• Previous experience in FSP environments is strongly preferred.
• Preferred fields of study include Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems is required, with knowledge of Workday being a plus.
• Comprehensive expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting.
• Proven capability to handle high-volume recruitment across various business functions.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for metrics and presentations.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and consultation across all levels of the organization.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills to facilitate insights and decision-making.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills being advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships and influencing others through collaboration.
• Experience in metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and delivering data-driven recruitment insights.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Strong project management skills and process improvement capabilities.
• Experience representing the company at recruitment events and career fairs.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
