Recruitment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Recruit patients for various clinical studies.

• Conduct prescreening surveys and phone interviews to determine patient eligibility.

• Arrange screening appointments for studies that are currently enrolling as well as future ones.

• Establish and enhance the site's patient database.

• Discover and apply innovative patient recruitment strategies.

• Reach out to potential patients and maintain ongoing communication with those in the database.

• Identify patients within the internal database who may be eligible for new trials.

• Assist in determining studies for which patients may qualify and organize initial visits at facilities.

• Keep an updated record of scheduled patients and the outcomes of their visits.

• Follow up with patients as required.

• Familiarize yourself with assigned studies by reviewing protocols, resource materials, and attending training sessions.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

• Minimum of an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Background in psychology, health sciences, or a related field is preferred, or relevant experience in patient recruitment or clinical research environments.

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a medical or health provider setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
