Recruitment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Recruit participants for various clinical trials

• Reach out to leads generated through marketing and outreach initiatives

• Identify potential eligible patients from the internal database

• Determine studies for which patients may qualify

• Arrange initial visit appointments for patients at clinic locations

• Keep an updated tracker of scheduled patients and their visit outcomes

• Follow up with patients as needed

• Comprehend assigned studies by reviewing protocols, resource materials, and attending training sessions

• Cultivate and enhance the site's patient recruitment database

• Discover and implement innovative patient recruitment strategies

• Reach out to new prospective patients and maintain relationships with those in the database

• Perform additional tasks as assigned

• Willingness to travel to Tampa, FL

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

• Capability to complete training and adhere to study protocols

• Flexibility to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively throughout the day

• Detail-oriented and self-driven

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Openness to engage with a diverse patient population

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred

• Preferred minimum of an associate or bachelor’s degree

• Background in psychology, health sciences, or a related field is preferred

• Relevant experience in patient recruitment or clinical research settings is preferred

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role, ideally in a medical or health provider setting, or a suitable combination of education and experience
