Recruitment Specialist – 4 Months Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring teams to formulate and implement recruitment strategies throughout regional operations.

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, encompassing sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.

• Assist in enhancing employer branding and initiatives related to employee value propositions.

• Establish and nurture a network of candidates and industry connections.

• Create and disseminate job advertisements through suitable channels and platforms.

• Organize internal job postings and facilitate employee referral programs.

• Perform reference checks and aid in pre-employment verification processes.

• Keep precise recruitment records, reports, and candidate tracking information.

• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and various talent attraction initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid-level position.

• Proven experience managing the complete recruitment cycle.

• Background in sourcing and hiring candidates across diverse countries or regions.

• Experience in recruiting IT or technical positions is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficient in professional English, including conducting interviews, writing emails, attending meetings, and communicating with stakeholders.

• Capability to devise both short-term and long-term recruitment strategies.

• Strong understanding of business operations.

• Creative thinking.

• Excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the broader talent community.
