Recruitment & Researcher Administrator – Fashion/Retail/Ecomm

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Perform market mapping and conduct candidate research.

• Develop talent pipelines and maintain candidate databases.

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, RocketReach, and Lusha for identifying and mapping candidates.

• Update and manage CRM systems, preferably JobAdder or similar ATS platforms.

• Create candidate spreadsheets and talent maps for consultants.

• Format CVs and candidate profiles effectively.

• Assist in preparing candidate summaries and shortlist presentations.

• Post and oversee job vacancies across various job boards.

• Provide administrative support and coordination to consultants during the recruitment process.

• Help with candidate mailers and database communications.

• Facilitate process enhancements and workflow efficiencies using AI and automation tools.

• Conduct initial phone or video screening interviews as necessary.

• Evaluate candidate suitability based on role briefs.

• Assess candidates' communication skills, motivations, and salary expectations.

• Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for consultants.

• Represent the agency professionally when interacting with candidates.

• Potential to advance into roles focused on candidate screening, recruitment coordination, database and automation projects, AI-assisted workflow support, and broader recruitment and talent functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in supporting recruiters or recruitment consultants.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems such as JobAdder, Bullhorn, or similar platforms.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management.

• Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, RocketReach, or Lusha.

• An interest in AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Manus, or workflow automations is highly valued.

• Mature, proactive, and reliable work ethic.

• Process-oriented and highly organized.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Naturally curious with a keen interest in technology and AI.

• Professional and confident when communicating with candidates.

• Able to remain calm under pressure with strong follow-through.

• Eager to grow long-term within a forward-thinking recruitment business.
