Recruitment Consultant – Mexico

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Supervise the candidate selection process, which includes identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting initial phone screenings, facilitating interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.

• Establish and nurture a robust candidate network through thorough market research and continuous bench management.

• Anticipate the needs of clients and preferences of hiring managers by achieving strong ratios in submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer.

• Create innovative and proactive recruitment strategies for both passive and active candidates.

• Present high-quality talent for available positions and effectively address hiring-process objections.

• Consult with hiring managers regarding final selections, compensation, and recruitment methodologies.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.

• Achieve weekly and monthly goals for submissions and hires.

• Update data and reports in the applicant tracking system and manage related administrative duties.

• Demonstrated ability to proficiently execute all facets of recruiting, including competitive market analysis, passive sourcing, advanced internet research, and successfully negotiating and closing candidates in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Proven capacity to exceed performance expectations and goals, along with the ability to implement feedback for achieving desired results.

• Ability to confidently communicate the recruitment pipeline to others.

• Strong focus on client satisfaction and a commitment to ongoing improvement.

• Capability to execute recruitment strategies, including a clear understanding of RPO and client relationships.

• Excellent time prioritization skills, adaptability, and flexibility in response to shifting directions and priorities.

• Active involvement in a recruiting team and contribution to open collaboration.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including intermediate skills in MS Office, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a strong presence on social media.
