📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable advisor to clients and an advocate for candidates.

• Employ recruitment techniques and market insights to fulfill clients' talent acquisition needs.

• Oversee the entire recruiting process, which encompasses sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for interviews and hiring.

• Manage candidate selection, conduct initial phone screenings, facilitate interviews, and collect feedback from clients and candidates.

• Establish and nurture a candidate network through market analysis and continuous talent management.

• Anticipate the needs of clients and hiring managers while ensuring robust submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.

• Create innovative and proactive strategies to discover both passive and active candidates.

• Present qualified candidates for open roles and address any objections related to the hiring process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers regarding final selections, compensation, and recruitment procedures.

• Maintain strong relationships and satisfaction levels with clients and candidates.

• Achieve weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets.

• Update and manage data in the applicant tracking system, including reports and other administrative records.

• Demonstrated capability to effectively execute all facets of recruiting, including competitive market analysis, passive sourcing, advanced internet research, negotiation, and candidate closure, while achieving results in a dynamic, metrics-driven recruiting environment.

• Ability to surpass performance expectations and goals, as well as utilize feedback to reach desired results.

• Proficiency in clearly communicating the recruiting pipeline to others.

• Strong commitment to client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

• Skillful in executing recruitment strategies, including a clear understanding of RPO and client relationships.

• Excellent time management abilities, adaptability to change, and flexibility when priorities and directions shift.

• Actively engage in the recruiting team and seek opportunities to provide value while promoting an atmosphere of open collaboration.

• Proven computer skills, including intermediate proficiency in MS Office, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a robust presence on social media.
