Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable advisor for clients and an advocate for candidates.

• Employ recruitment tactics and market insights to fulfill clients' talent acquisition needs.

• Oversee the entire recruiting process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for interviews and hiring.

• Manage candidate selection, perform initial phone screenings, facilitate interviews, and collect feedback from both clients and candidates.

• Build and sustain a network of candidates through market research and continuous bench management.

• Create innovative and proactive strategies to identify both passive and active job seekers.

• Present candidates for open roles and address any objections that may arise during the hiring process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers on final candidate selections, compensation discussions, and recruitment methodologies.

• Maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.

• Achieve weekly and monthly goals for candidate submissions and hires.

• Keep applicant tracking system data, reports, and related administrative records updated.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively handle all facets of recruitment, including competitive market research, passive candidate sourcing, advanced internet searches, and negotiating and closing candidates, all in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Capability to surpass performance expectations and goals, along with implementing feedback for optimal results.

• Confidence in communicating the recruiting pipeline to various stakeholders.

• Strong client focus with a commitment to ongoing improvement.

• Proficiency in executing recruitment strategies, including a clear understanding of RPO and client relationships.

• Excellent time management skills, adaptability, and flexibility to adjust when priorities and directions change.

• Active involvement in the recruiting team, contributing to a culture of open collaboration.

• Proficient in computer applications, with intermediate MS Office skills, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a notable presence on social media.
