Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment life cycle while ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates.

• Implement large-scale recruitment strategies aimed at attracting top-tier talent.

• Evaluate resumes and job applications thoroughly.

• Analyze candidate qualifications, experience, and skills effectively.

• Proactively source suitable candidates based on specific position requirements.

• Organize and conduct interviews using reliable assessment tools.

• Communicate accurately and promptly with candidates throughout the process.

• Issue service agreements for teachers.

• Leverage the company's recruitment platform efficiently.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships both internally and externally.

• Provide regular reports on daily activities.

• Advocate for the company as an "Employer of Choice".

• Collaborate with the team to enhance systems and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in bulk recruitment is essential.

• Previous ESL teaching or TEFL experience is preferred.

• Proficient in interviewing techniques.

• Background in headhunting and lead generation is necessary.

• Capability to independently manage the complete recruitment process.

• Strong presence on social media and willingness to engage on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Excellent administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Innovative mindset with robust problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and decision-making skills.

• C1 level proficiency in English is required.

• Strong interpersonal skills along with conflict management expertise.

• Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient negotiating and influencing capabilities.

• Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.

• Adaptability and flexibility in response to change.

• Self-motivated individual comfortable with prioritizing tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.

• Familiarity with Office 365, MS Teams, and the Workable recruitment platform is advantageous.
